Администрация Кировского района и команда парка Маяковского уже разработали мастер-план реконструкции парка. По плану на участке появятся кинотеатр, арт-пространство, детские площадки и площадка для собак, фонтан, веревочный парк, гамаки. На основе результатов обсуждения проект доработают и в 2025 году отправят на конкурс «Формирование комфортной городской среды», чтобы парк получил деньги на благоустройство.
