Продолжаем пополнять коллекцию маскотов российских университетов - у нас тут уже были котенька из ОмГУ, зеленый йожык из УрФУ, совенок из ЧувГУ, нерпенок из Иркутского политеха и бабр из Иркутского госа (с последним, правда, не все ОК), а также котенька из ЛЭТИ (мяу), рысь из ВСГУТУ и сова из УлГТУ.
А вот у Волгоградского универа с недавних пор есть вот такой симпатичный сапсан!

Unlike Silicon Valley giants such as Facebook and Twitter, which run very public anti-disinformation programs, Brooking said: "Telegram is famously lax or absent in its content moderation policy." In addition, Telegram's architecture limits the ability to slow the spread of false information: the lack of a central public feed, and the fact that comments are easily disabled in channels, reduce the space for public pushback. So, uh, whenever I hear about Telegram, it’s always in relation to something bad. What gives? Emerson Brooking, a disinformation expert at the Atlantic Council's Digital Forensic Research Lab, said: "Back in the Wild West period of content moderation, like 2014 or 2015, maybe they could have gotten away with it, but it stands in marked contrast with how other companies run themselves today."
