Кстовский депутат Захаров - это такая же Фурман на Бору, или Давыдова в Нижнем, только с ксивой и значком. Понятное дело, что товарищ просто пиарится, т.к. ничем больше не отличился, кроме своей оппозиционной газеты, но это скорее минус, чем плюс. Ему не нужна правда, нужна - сенсация и хайп! И вот сейчас он продолжает сеять панику среди жителей области. Считаю, что такое поведение недопустимо среди депутатов. Захаров должен разбираться в вопросе, а не истерить как рыночная хабалка. По уму, такого товарища должны выкинуть из думы за утрату доверия. Паникеры, в и так сложное время, стране не нужны.
