Неизвестно, является ли это техническим сбоем, или же площадка наложила ограничения на поставку товаров двойного назначения пользователям из России. Напоминаю, что AliExpress в России является отдельным юридическим лицом, которое контролируется VK Group и является членом АКИТ (ассоциация компаний интернет-торговли).
