В отношении последнего возбуждено дело о даче взятки (ч. 5 ст. 291 УК), он также арестован. Расследованием уголовного дела занимается Главное следственное управление СКР, обоим предъявлены обвинения. Журавлев и Евдокименко признали свою вину.
