Проекты, участвующие в конкурсе должны быть направлены на профилактику семейного неблагополучия, сопровождение детей и молодых взрослых с ограниченными возможностями здоровья, инклюзивное, адаптивное образование, поддержку детей, находящихся в конфликте с законом или профилактику преступности и правонарушений несовершеннолетних.
