يروى عن الإمام أبي حنيفة أنه كان يرى جواز القراءة في الصلاة باللغة الفارسية، وبنى بعض أصحابه على هذا القول -جوازها بالفارسية- جوازها بالتركية والهندية. وقد صحّ رجوعه عنها. والله اعلم. أمّا صاحباه فأجازاها للضرورة، أي للعاجز عن العربية، دون القادر على القراءة بها. وهذا ما تجري به الفتوى في مذهب الأحناف.

He did, however, walk back this plan when it became clear that they had also become a vital communications tool for Ukrainian officials and citizens to help coordinate their resistance and evacuations. Apparently upbeat developments in Russia's discussions with Ukraine helped at least temporarily send investors back into risk assets. To lend credence and to lure unsuspecting victims, perpetrators usually claim that their entity and/or the investment schemes are approved by financial authorities.
