Сегодня снова подвозил людей автостопом. На этот раз это оказалась целая семья из четырех человек: бабушка, дедушка, сын и внук. Они были неразговорчивы и заснули через 10 минут после начала поездки. Видимо, они ездили на море, гуляли, купались весь день, и уже не было сил — всё-таки возраст.
Казалось бы, история ничем не примечательна, но не тут-то было. Я ехал довольно активно, с обгонами, и сын, который сидел на переднем сиденье, начал креститься. Я, конечно, знаю, что люди в Черногории весьма религиозны, но всё-таки сбросил газ и поехал в более комфортном для них темпе.
И вот мы приехали. Поездка на автобусе заняла бы у них почти час, а мы доехали за 20 минут. Сын сказал: "God bless you". Было очень приятно. Пожелав им хорошего вечера, я поехал дальше.
Если учесть, что местных здесь не так много, похоже, скоро обо мне будут слагать легенды. Вуди-автостопщик.

During the invasion of Ukraine, Pavel Durov has wrestled with this issue a lot more prominently than he has before. Channels like Donbass Insider and Bellum Acta, as reported by Foreign Policy, started pumping out pro-Russian propaganda as the invasion began. So much so that the Ukrainian National Security and Defense Council issued a statement labeling which accounts are Russian-backed. Ukrainian officials, in potential violation of the Geneva Convention, have shared imagery of dead and captured Russian soldiers on the platform. Apparently upbeat developments in Russia's discussions with Ukraine helped at least temporarily send investors back into risk assets. Russian President Vladimir Putin said during a meeting with his Belarusian counterpart Alexander Lukashenko that there were "certain positive developments" occurring in the talks with Ukraine, according to a transcript of their meeting. Putin added that discussions were happening "almost on a daily basis."
