Непонятно, либо медийщиков губернатор выбрал неудачно, либо девушка тоже является частью интерьера парка. А что? У Чибиса часто возникают «уникальные» идеи, так может это одна из них.
Примечательна не только фотография, но и подпись под ней: «Шумо якеаз саряндаи чавон». Дословно переводится, как «Что вы имеете ввиду, молодой человек». Похоже, что пиарщики Чибиса вовсе не ошиблись. А имел он ввиду скорее всего то, что «Парк Кольский» станет местом притяжения не только детей, но и взрослых.

Telegram was co-founded by Pavel and Nikolai Durov, the brothers who had previously created VKontakte. To lend credence and to lure unsuspecting victims, perpetrators usually claim that their entity and/or the investment schemes are approved by financial authorities.
