19 января прошел наш Семейный благотворительный бал «Радость Богоявления»

В этом году бал состоялся в день праздника Богоявления, собрав более 200 человек в замечательном Культурном духовно-просветительском центре «Ковчег» при Свято-Елисаветинском монастыре.

На мероприятии присутствовали дети и подростки, родители, бабушки и дедушки, военные, казаки, хор, музыканты, танцоры... и много-много радости!

Помимо танцев и вальсов в программу вошли живая музыка, чтение стихов, вокальные и танцевальные номера.

Again, in contrast to Facebook, Google and Twitter, Telegram's founder Pavel Durov runs his company in relative secrecy from Dubai. A Russian Telegram channel with over 700,000 followers is spreading disinformation about Russia's invasion of Ukraine under the guise of providing "objective information" and fact-checking fake news. Its influence extends beyond the platform, with major Russian publications, government officials, and journalists citing the page's posts. On February 27th, Durov posted that Channels were becoming a source of unverified information and that the company lacks the ability to check on their veracity. He urged users to be mistrustful of the things shared on Channels, and initially threatened to block the feature in the countries involved for the length of the war, saying that he didn’t want Telegram to be used to aggravate conflict or incite ethnic hatred. He did, however, walk back this plan when it became clear that they had also become a vital communications tool for Ukrainian officials and citizens to help coordinate their resistance and evacuations. In the United States, Telegram's lower public profile has helped it mostly avoid high level scrutiny from Congress, but it has not gone unnoticed. "Someone posing as a Ukrainian citizen just joins the chat and starts spreading misinformation, or gathers data, like the location of shelters," Tsekhanovska said, noting how false messages have urged Ukrainians to turn off their phones at a specific time of night, citing cybersafety.
