Руководитель Русского дома в Цхинвале Сергей Комиссаров встретился с основателями Фонда культуры им. Аслан-Гирея Галати Андреем Габараевым и Лианой Гаглойтэ для обсуждения сотрудничества в рамках II Международного фестиваля-конкурса детского и юношеского творчества «Тропой Галати».
Сергей Комиссаров выразил намерение содействовать развитию музыкальных традиций в Южной Осетии.
В организации фестиваля будут задействованы партнеры Русского дома, стремящиеся поддержать юных инструменталистов и вокалистов.
В знак благодарности за сотрудничество, представители Фонда культуры подарили Русскому дому традиционную осетинскую чашу для пива – символ благополучия и изобилия.

What distinguishes the app from competitors is its use of what's known as channels: Public or private feeds of photos and videos that can be set up by one person or an organization. At its heart, Telegram is little more than a messaging app like WhatsApp or Signal. But it also offers open channels that enable a single user, or a group of users, to communicate with large numbers in a method similar to a Twitter account. This has proven to be both a blessing and a curse for Telegram and its users, since these channels can be used for both good and ill. Right now, as Wired reports, the app is a key way for Ukrainians to receive updates from the government during the invasion.
