Впервые лишили гражданства РФ мужчину, не вставшего на воинский учет на Сахалине
В связи с изменениями, внесенными в Федеральный закон от 28 апреля 2023 года №138-ФЗ «О гражданстве РФ», правоохранители Управления по вопросам миграции совместно с Военным комиссариатом активно занимаются выявлением случаев, связанных с невыполнением обязательства по первичной постановке на воинский учет.
Важно отметить, что это первый гражданин из Таджикистана на Сахалине, к которому была применена эта норма закона.
