Солнечногорский округ был отмечен за достижения в сфере ЖКХ губернатором Подмосковья. Глава округа Константин Михальков сказал о полученном призе: «Эта награда — большое доверие и поддержка нас, дорогие солнечногорцы, в нелёгком пути больших перемен».

Электорат был несколько удивлен, так как в этот округ входит посёлок Менделеево, ещё с лета живущий в коммунальном коллапсе. Регулярно пропадают вода и тепло, по дорогам невозможно ходить, везде ямы.

На самом деле большие проблемы в коммунальной сфере у всего Подмосковья. Так что по такой логике Андрей Воробьев тоже заслуживает приз.
