В правительстве Псковской области подтвердили, что на месте торговой площади между улицами Ленина и Карла Маркса планируют построить новое здание филармонии. Мы рассказывали об этом в конце мая.
Власти считают, что нынешнее здание не соответствует современным требованиям, ограничивает возможности проведения масштабных мероприятий, а также что «расположение здания в стесненной застройке с жесткими регламентами исключает возможность его полноценной реконструкции». Источник финансирования строительства пока не известен.
Напомним, предпринимателям на «Белорусском рынке» велели освободить территорию до конца июня.
