Евсеенко получил со своего знакомого. А дело было так, ДПС-ники хотели "подтянуть" за тонировку очередного терпилу, а он оказался знакомым начальника ДПС. И этот начальник чисто "по дружбе" содрал с приятеля кучу денег!
