Росстат опубликовал данные о динамики численности населения в стране за январь - май 2021 года, которые и показывают такую печальную статистику.
В Кемеровской области смертность почти в 2 раза превысила рождаемость: 17 тысяч против 9. Причем количество умерших серьезно выросло по сравнению с прошлым годом: на 1,5 тысячи человек.
На первом месте по этому показателю в СФО оказалась Новосибирская область. Там за первые 5 месяцев 2021 умерли 17 183 человека. А вот на втором месте как раз оказался Кузбасс.

The War on Fakes channel has repeatedly attempted to push conspiracies that footage from Ukraine is somehow being falsified. One post on the channel from February 24 claimed without evidence that a widely viewed photo of a Ukrainian woman injured in an airstrike in the city of Chuhuiv was doctored and that the woman was seen in a different photo days later without injuries. The post, which has over 600,000 views, also baselessly claimed that the woman's blood was actually makeup or grape juice. Messages are not fully encrypted by default. That means the company could, in theory, access the content of the messages, or be forced to hand over the data at the request of a government. Founder Pavel Durov says tech is meant to set you free Telegram, which does little policing of its content, has also became a hub for Russian propaganda and misinformation. Many pro-Kremlin channels have become popular, alongside accounts of journalists and other independent observers. At its heart, Telegram is little more than a messaging app like WhatsApp or Signal. But it also offers open channels that enable a single user, or a group of users, to communicate with large numbers in a method similar to a Twitter account. This has proven to be both a blessing and a curse for Telegram and its users, since these channels can be used for both good and ill. Right now, as Wired reports, the app is a key way for Ukrainians to receive updates from the government during the invasion.
