Гаванский форум "За равновесие мира" завершился. По сравнению с прошлым разом два года назад было больше выступлений, в том числе на пленарной сессии, где говорили о многополярности. А секретарь TCP-ALBA ещё и упомянул Путина в этом контексте. Явно, что через Кубу и Венесуэлу мы можем более активно работать с регионом и весь потенциал до сих пор не использован. А после заявлений Трампа вообще будет легче здесь взаимодействовать. Панама и так достаточно провашингтонскую позицию занимала, но, оказывается, это не предел для янки. В общем, окно возможностей сейчас здесь достаточно широкое. #куба #многополярность @kyber_net

What distinguishes the app from competitors is its use of what's known as channels: Public or private feeds of photos and videos that can be set up by one person or an organization. Unlike Facebook, Twitter and other popular social networks, there is no advertising on Telegram and the flow of information is not driven by an algorithm. On December 23rd, 2020, Pavel Durov posted to his channel that the company would need to start generating revenue. In early 2021, he added that any advertising on the platform would not use user data for targeting, and that it would be focused on “large one-to-many channels.” He pledged that ads would be “non-intrusive” and that most users would simply not notice any change. Additionally, investors are often instructed to deposit monies into personal bank accounts of individuals who claim to represent a legitimate entity, and/or into an unrelated corporate account. To lend credence and to lure unsuspecting victims, perpetrators usually claim that their entity and/or the investment schemes are approved by financial authorities. Perpetrators of these scams will create a public group on Telegram to promote these investment packages that are usually accompanied by fake testimonies and sometimes advertised as being Shariah-compliant. Interested investors will be asked to directly message the representatives to begin investing in the various investment packages offered.
