Сегодня поделюсь своим рассказом, который начала писать еще на прошлой неделе, но все никак не могла закончить. Он довольно мрачный, в духе магического реализма, но с хорошим светлым концом.
Я, конечно, не вполне довольна собой: остались и «висяки» местами (хотя, возможно, если найду в себе силы, напишу продолжение), и текст местами нескладный, но что поделать, чтобы тренировать какой-то навык нужно делать регулярные шаги в нужную сторону, и да, не всегда они получаются такими, какими их хотелось бы видеть.
Но это лучше, чем ничего. И лучше делиться, чем делать в стол. Так что делюсь. Читайте, комментируйте ❤️

Telegram boasts 500 million users, who share information individually and in groups in relative security. But Telegram's use as a one-way broadcast channel — which followers can join but not reply to — means content from inauthentic accounts can easily reach large, captive and eager audiences. This ability to mix the public and the private, as well as the ability to use bots to engage with users has proved to be problematic. In early 2021, a database selling phone numbers pulled from Facebook was selling numbers for $20 per lookup. Similarly, security researchers found a network of deepfake bots on the platform that were generating images of people submitted by users to create non-consensual imagery, some of which involved children. Unlike Silicon Valley giants such as Facebook and Twitter, which run very public anti-disinformation programs, Brooking said: "Telegram is famously lax or absent in its content moderation policy." Given the pro-privacy stance of the platform, it’s taken as a given that it’ll be used for a number of reasons, not all of them good. And Telegram has been attached to a fair few scandals related to terrorism, sexual exploitation and crime. Back in 2015, Vox described Telegram as “ISIS’ app of choice,” saying that the platform’s real use is the ability to use channels to distribute material to large groups at once. Telegram has acted to remove public channels affiliated with terrorism, but Pavel Durov reiterated that he had no business snooping on private conversations. "Someone posing as a Ukrainian citizen just joins the chat and starts spreading misinformation, or gathers data, like the location of shelters," Tsekhanovska said, noting how false messages have urged Ukrainians to turn off their phones at a specific time of night, citing cybersafety.
