В топ-3 регионов по данному критерию вошли Магаданская область (+30,9%), Ненецкий автономной округ (+29,6%) и Удмуртия (+26,1%). Причинами успеха Колымы эксперты назвали налоговые сборы на прибыль организаций и добычу полезных ископаемых.
