Только что закончилось заседание КЧС города ( комиссии по чрезвычайным ситуациям ). Прослушана информация Управления по делам ГО и ЧС города, департамента ЖКХ, отдела охраны здоровья , КЗХ о количестве обращений в связи с агрессивным поведением безнадзорных животных . ЧС введено с 18:00 19 сентября. Будут приняты все меры по обеспечению безопасности горожан. Все обращения просьба направлять в ЕДДС города по телефону 112.

The video, which has amassed almost 30,000 views, offered a "how-to" spot misinformation. On Telegram’s website, it says that Pavel Durov “supports Telegram financially and ideologically while Nikolai (Duvov)’s input is technological.” Currently, the Telegram team is based in Dubai, having moved around from Berlin, London and Singapore after departing Russia. Meanwhile, the company which owns Telegram is registered in the British Virgin Islands. Stocks dropped on Friday afternoon, as gains made earlier in the day on hopes for diplomatic progress between Russia and Ukraine turned to losses. Technology stocks were hit particularly hard by higher bond yields. Ukrainian forces have since put up a strong resistance to the Russian troops amid the war that has left hundreds of Ukrainian civilians, including children, dead, according to the United Nations. Ukrainian and international officials have accused Russia of targeting civilian populations with shelling and bombardments.
