Она поделилась своей биографией: отец был первым юристом эскимосской национальности, а мать происходила из древнего чукотского рода. В 1965 году Татьяна завершила обучение на факультете журналистики Уральского университета, а её первый сборник стихов "Белоночье" вышел в 1982 году.
Поэтесса рассказала о своём творческом пути и прочитала стихи, посвящённые неповторимой природе Чукотки. Её выразительный образный язык передаёт глубокую любовь к родному краю. Татьяна Юрьевна также активно занимается общественной деятельностью, была председателем регионального отделения Хартии Земли и возглавляла организацию эскимосов Чукотского автономного округа.
Школьники с интересом слушали её, и встреча прошла в тёплой атмосфере. Все остались довольны дружеской беседой.
