По прибытии подразделений МЧС выяснилось, что произошло тление обшивки в парильном отделении бани на первом этаже. Еще до прибытия спасателей около ста человек самостоятельно покинули спа-зону, а тление было ликвидировано персоналом объекта.
Причины и обстоятельства случившегося устанавливаются.
