📲В течение двух недель нового года жители обращались в соцсети с просьбой решить проблемы на местах. Рязанцы просили отремонтировать пришедшие в негодность конструкции, убрать скопившийся мусор или вывезти брошенный и разукомплектованный автохлам.

👆Делимся лишь малой частью решённых обращений горожан.

📍На улице Павлова у дома №1 убрали и вывезли скопившийся мусор.

📍Установили крышу над павильоном ООТ «Торговый городок».

📍Вывезли складированные ветви деревьев по адресу ул. Культуры, дом 10/11.

📍Ликвидировали подтопление участка по адресу ул. Интернациональная,19.

📍Вывезли разукомплектованный и брошенный автохлам с улиц Прижелезнодорожная, 2 и Свободы, 73

At its heart, Telegram is little more than a messaging app like WhatsApp or Signal. But it also offers open channels that enable a single user, or a group of users, to communicate with large numbers in a method similar to a Twitter account. This has proven to be both a blessing and a curse for Telegram and its users, since these channels can be used for both good and ill. Right now, as Wired reports, the app is a key way for Ukrainians to receive updates from the government during the invasion. Russians and Ukrainians are both prolific users of Telegram. They rely on the app for channels that act as newsfeeds, group chats (both public and private), and one-to-one communication. Since the Russian invasion of Ukraine, Telegram has remained an important lifeline for both Russians and Ukrainians, as a way of staying aware of the latest news and keeping in touch with loved ones. Soloviev also promoted the channel in a post he shared on his own Telegram, which has 580,000 followers. The post recommended his viewers subscribe to "War on Fakes" in a time of fake news. A Russian Telegram channel with over 700,000 followers is spreading disinformation about Russia's invasion of Ukraine under the guise of providing "objective information" and fact-checking fake news. Its influence extends beyond the platform, with major Russian publications, government officials, and journalists citing the page's posts. The company maintains that it cannot act against individual or group chats, which are “private amongst their participants,” but it will respond to requests in relation to sticker sets, channels and bots which are publicly available. During the invasion of Ukraine, Pavel Durov has wrestled with this issue a lot more prominently than he has before. Channels like Donbass Insider and Bellum Acta, as reported by Foreign Policy, started pumping out pro-Russian propaganda as the invasion began. So much so that the Ukrainian National Security and Defense Council issued a statement labeling which accounts are Russian-backed. Ukrainian officials, in potential violation of the Geneva Convention, have shared imagery of dead and captured Russian soldiers on the platform.
