Это обусловлено ростом закупочных цен на основные ингредиенты, следует из письма производителя, пишет «Ъ», имеющий копию. Получение письма подтвердил собеседник «Ъ» в одной из сетей.
Предыдущее повышение цен «Эссен» проводил 15 ноября. Тогда на 10% подорожали 18 позиций майонеза и два майонезных соуса, следует из письма.
