Следствие считает, что с октября 2023 года по октябрь 2024-го руководитель «Инской» поставлял контрагентам уголь по цене ниже рыночной. Такими действиями он причинил ущерб предприятию, превышающий 54 млн рублей. Это, в свою очередь, привело к тому, что шахта не может в данный момент выплатить зарплату своим сотрудникам – сумма задолженности сейчас более 65 млн рублей.
Меру пресечения гендиректору «Инской» могут ужесточить. По первому уголовному делу суд избрал запрет определенных действий. Следствие намерено ходатайствовать о более суровом варианте.
