Марш начнется 17 ноября в 13:00 по местному времени и продлится до 18:30. Шествие начнется на Потсдамер Платц, пройдет по центральным улицам до Чекпойнт Чарли, затем до Бранденбургских ворот и оттуда — до здания посольства РФ.
Согласно информации на сайте полиции, марш пройдет под лозунгами «Нет Путину!», «Нет войне в Украине!» и «Свободу политзаключенным!» Акцию организуют российские политики Илья Яшин, Владимир Кара-Мурза и Юлия Навальная.
