На суде мать обвиняемого рассказала, что ее сын послушный, ответственный и добрый человек, а в случае домашнего ареста она предоставит ему возможность проживания в квартире. Гуманной судье этого оказалось больше чем достаточно, т.к. меру пресечения избрали ещё более мягкую — запрет определённых действий. Теперь, убивший двоих человек хасанщик сможет и дальше посещать свой техникум, ведь жизнь продолжается.
Местные жители возмущены таким решением суда и считают что обвиняемый может избежать ответственности.
