Не будем повторять свою позицию по этому учреждению, пять лет высказываем. Кто нас читает, знает ее.
Но если новые городские власти действительно приняли решение озаботиться эффективностью своих подведов, то это правильный путь, на наш взгляд. Инфраструктура гигантская, бюджеты уходят колоссальные, а результаты…
