Мировой судья судебного участка Nº 374 Таганского района г.Москвы признал должностное лицо- руководителя отдела в отделе «Кинопоиск»Дунаевского Александра Яковлевича виновным в совершении административного правонарушения, предусмотренного ч. 2 статьи 6.21.1 КоАП РФ (Пропаганда педофилии).
Суд назначил административное наказание в виде административного штрафа в размере 800тысяч рублей.

Pavel Durov even said that users should delete WhatsApp “unless you are cool with all of your photos and messages becoming public one day.” But Telegram can’t be described as a more-secure version of WhatsApp. To that end, when files are actively downloading, a new icon now appears in the Search bar that users can tap to view and manage downloads, pause and resume all downloads or just individual items, and select one to increase its priority or view it in a chat. This provided opportunity to their linked entities to offload their shares at higher prices and make significant profits at the cost of unsuspecting retail investors. In the United States, Telegram's lower public profile has helped it mostly avoid high level scrutiny from Congress, but it has not gone unnoticed.
