Жительница Сергиева Посада решила доверить стрижку собаки породы йоркширский терьер профессионалам и обратилась в местный зоосалон. Животное вернули с оформленной стрижкой, но отстриженным языком. На ресепшене салона с хозяйки питомца взяли деньги за услугу и сделали вид, что ничего страшного не произошло.
Уже после публикации об инциденте в соцсетях администратор, осознав свою ошибку, вернула деньги и пожелала собаке выздоровления, при этом отметив, что такая ситуация «может случиться со всеми». Позднее в местном паблике директор салона объяснила инцидент тем, что собака резко дернулась, а мастер не успел среагировать.
«Поведение питомцев с годами, болезнями, погодой может меняться, а хозяевам действительно сложно оценить сам процесс стрижки, не присутствуя», — отметили в салоне.
Хозяйка собаки заявила, что подавать заявление на салон не планирует, так как животному это уже никак не поможет.
