В этом году на празднике весны в парках Подмосковья мы приняли участие в народных гуляниях, посетили фолк-концерты, сожгли 8-метровый арт-объект «Киберсолнце», а также увидели северное шоу «Етти» и, конечно, угостились вкусными блинами. Всего за эти дни в парках их раздали 95 тысяч 😱

But the Ukraine Crisis Media Center's Tsekhanovska points out that communications are often down in zones most affected by the war, making this sort of cross-referencing a luxury many cannot afford. Such instructions could actually endanger people — citizens receive air strike warnings via smartphone alerts.
