Девелоперская компания Coalco продала проект жилого комплекса на западе Москвы структурге ГК ПИК Сергея Гордеева.
Возводить ЖК будет АО «Московский трубный завод «Филит», который 15 октября переименовали в АО «Специализированный застройщик «Филит». Его руководителем назначен глава «ПИК-регион» Алексей Щуров.
💸По оценкам экспертов, стоимость площадки - порядка 3-3,5 млрд. руб. Возведение квартала обойдется еще в 10 млрд. руб.
