В кратчайшие сроки оперативники установили личность 34-летней женщины и задержали ее. Она принесла свои извинения за размещенное видео и попросила прощения у семьи погибшего героя, других военнослужащих и россиян. В настоящий момент полицейские проводят всестороннюю проверку, по результатам которой будет дана правовая оценка произошедшему.

"There are a lot of things that Telegram could have been doing this whole time. And they know exactly what they are and they've chosen not to do them. That's why I don't trust them," she said. These entities are reportedly operating nine Telegram channels with more than five million subscribers to whom they were making recommendations on selected listed scrips. Because Telegram has this data, it may also be stolen by hackers or leaked by an internal employee. The regulator said it had received information that messages containing stock tips and other investment advice with respect to selected listed companies are being widely circulated through websites and social media platforms such as Telegram, Facebook, WhatsApp and Instagram.
