Я решила в этом месяце сделать больше упора на дисциплину и поставила себе 2 цели на 30 дней:
🎯 Закрывать кольцо подвижности каждый день (для этого я использую приложение Фитнес+, оно базово есть в айфонах) 🎯 Исключить алкоголь
*к слову, моя цель писать каждый день по 1 посту продвигается успешно: я делаю это уже на протяжении 21 дня и могу сказать, что сейчас мне эти даётся легче. так держать!!*
