⚡️В Администрации местного самоуправления г.Владикавказ прошла итоговая конференция регионального отделения Движения Первых, в которой приняли участие глава республики Сергей Меняйло и председатель Правления Движения Артур Орлов, на которой были подведены итоги работы за прошедший год и наметили амбициозные планы на будущее.

Обсуждались достижения текущего года, вклад каждого члена Движения в развитие региональных проектов, а также шаги, которые необходимо предпринять для дальнейшего укрепления позиций.

Планы на следующий год предполагают активное вовлечение молодежи в проекты, направленные на инновационное развитие.

В Конференции приняли участие более 100 делегатов , в том числе делегация из Дигорского района. В числе почетных гостей присутствовал Глава Дигорского района Цагаев Сослан Павлович.

A Russian Telegram channel with over 700,000 followers is spreading disinformation about Russia's invasion of Ukraine under the guise of providing "objective information" and fact-checking fake news. Its influence extends beyond the platform, with major Russian publications, government officials, and journalists citing the page's posts. In February 2014, the Ukrainian people ousted pro-Russian president Viktor Yanukovych, prompting Russia to invade and annex the Crimean peninsula. By the start of April, Pavel Durov had given his notice, with TechCrunch saying at the time that the CEO had resisted pressure to suppress pages criticizing the Russian government. What distinguishes the app from competitors is its use of what's known as channels: Public or private feeds of photos and videos that can be set up by one person or an organization. The channels have become popular with on-the-ground journalists, aid workers and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, who broadcasts on a Telegram channel. The channels can be followed by an unlimited number of people. Unlike Facebook, Twitter and other popular social networks, there is no advertising on Telegram and the flow of information is not driven by an algorithm. It is unclear who runs the account, although Russia's official Ministry of Foreign Affairs Twitter account promoted the Telegram channel on Saturday and claimed it was operated by "a group of experts & journalists." On February 27th, Durov posted that Channels were becoming a source of unverified information and that the company lacks the ability to check on their veracity. He urged users to be mistrustful of the things shared on Channels, and initially threatened to block the feature in the countries involved for the length of the war, saying that he didn’t want Telegram to be used to aggravate conflict or incite ethnic hatred. He did, however, walk back this plan when it became clear that they had also become a vital communications tool for Ukrainian officials and citizens to help coordinate their resistance and evacuations.
