Он работал в Минсельхозе республики с 2010 года, затем с 2015 до 2018 года возглавлял министерство", - написал Темрезов в своем телеграм-канале.
До нового назначения Биджиев работал заместителем руководителя Северо-Кавказского межрегионального Управления Россельхознадзора.

"There is a significant risk of insider threat or hacking of Telegram systems that could expose all of these chats to the Russian government," said Eva Galperin with the Electronic Frontier Foundation, which has called for Telegram to improve its privacy practices.
