Выход- 9 оладушек 💛полбанана 💛1 яйца 🟤1 ст л рисовой муки 🟤0,5 ст л пшеничной муки 🔵семена чиа (по желанию)
Готовим👩🏼🍳 ⚪️Банан и яйца взбить блендером (или вилкой), добавить муку и чиа (по желанию) и дать настояться (при возможности минут 7-10) ⚪️все хорошо перемешиваем ⚪️Обжариваем на сухой сковороде с двух сторон. Подаем с любыми ягодами/ фруктами или творогом
