для скорейшего завершения СВО полной Победой! 14 неравнодушных граждан оставили свои подписи. Люди впервые слышали о необходимости предоставления главе государства полномочий, считая что они все у него есть. После разъяснительных бесед ставили подписи или обещали разобраться и прочесть 80 статью Конституции РФ .

On Feb. 27, however, he admitted from his Russian-language account that "Telegram channels are increasingly becoming a source of unverified information related to Ukrainian events."
