Магаданская областная детская библиотека в этом году празднует свой юбилей — ей исполнилось 55 лет. Учреждение образовано в 1969 году на базе городской детской библиотеки. Постепенно оно выросло в одну из самых крупных библиотек Колымы. На книжных полках — более 200 тысяч экземпляров, а в гости приходят 14 тысяч детей ежегодно. Сотрудники оказывают помощь детским библиотекам области и педагогам детских садов.

Unlike Silicon Valley giants such as Facebook and Twitter, which run very public anti-disinformation programs, Brooking said: "Telegram is famously lax or absent in its content moderation policy."
