В Североморске военный суд посчитал предполагаемого педофила не общественно опасным лицом. 28 марта этого года Североморский военный суд отказал следователю в аресте военнослужащего, который совершил преступление сексуального характера в отношении 13 летней девочки. Суд посчитал, что военнослужащий не является общественно опасным ведь он всего лишь:
👉 Провез двух несовершеннолетних (13 и 16 лет ) в багажнике автомобиля
👉 купил им алкоголь и распивал с ними
👉 предположительно, занялся сексом с девочкой 13 лет
Все это, посчитал суд, не является общественно опасным деянием. А следовательно, такого человека не надо ограждать от общества на время расследования, его выпустили на свободу без ограничений. Ну а что, пусть ходит среди нас.
Решение, мягко говоря, удивляет. Порой, в СИЗО закрывают и за меньшее. Например, из-за наличия загранпаспорта. А тут - даже не домашний арест. Полностью свободен. Повезло или как?

Because Telegram has this data, it may also be stolen by hackers or leaked by an internal employee. "This time we received the coordinates of enemy vehicles marked 'V' in Kyiv region," it added. But Telegram says people want to keep their chat history when they get a new phone, and they like having a data backup that will sync their chats across multiple devices. And that is why they let people choose whether they want their messages to be encrypted or not. But it has "disclosed 0 bytes of user data to third parties, including governments," Telegram states on its website.
