‼️Больше суток люди мерзнут в машинах на трассе Орск — Оренбург

Вчера ограничили движение, возможно до 25 числа. На проезжей части скопились сотни машин, люди замерзают, по их словам, никаких пунктов обогрева, еды и прочей помощи им не предоставили, они не понимают, когда смогут добраться до пункта назначения.

Обстановка в пункте обогрева (который все-таки организовали) возле Краснощёково: детей разместили в пункте, взрослые, в основном, предпочитают оставаться в своих авто, несмотря на свободные места.

Автомобилисты стоят вторые сутки, отмечают, что о пункте обогрева узнали только сегодня и стали передавать информацию друг другу .

Почему любая лишняя капля воды, градус температуры хоть + хоть - , скорость ветра - все становится кошмаром для людей, к которому система никогда не готова и способна только констатировать ситуацию, но не помогать и брать ответственность?

In 2014, Pavel Durov fled the country after allies of the Kremlin took control of the social networking site most know just as VK. Russia's intelligence agency had asked Durov to turn over the data of anti-Kremlin protesters. Durov refused to do so. Ukrainian forces have since put up a strong resistance to the Russian troops amid the war that has left hundreds of Ukrainian civilians, including children, dead, according to the United Nations. Ukrainian and international officials have accused Russia of targeting civilian populations with shelling and bombardments. At the start of 2018, the company attempted to launch an Initial Coin Offering (ICO) which would enable it to enable payments (and earn the cash that comes from doing so). The initial signals were promising, especially given Telegram’s user base is already fairly crypto-savvy. It raised an initial tranche of cash – worth more than a billion dollars – to help develop the coin before opening sales to the public. Unfortunately, third-party sales of coins bought in those initial fundraising rounds raised the ire of the SEC, which brought the hammer down on the whole operation. In 2020, officials ordered Telegram to pay a fine of $18.5 million and hand back much of the cash that it had raised. Right now the digital security needs of Russians and Ukrainians are very different, and they lead to very different caveats about how to mitigate the risks associated with using Telegram. For Ukrainians in Ukraine, whose physical safety is at risk because they are in a war zone, digital security is probably not their highest priority. They may value access to news and communication with their loved ones over making sure that all of their communications are encrypted in such a manner that they are indecipherable to Telegram, its employees, or governments with court orders. Telegram was co-founded by Pavel and Nikolai Durov, the brothers who had previously created VKontakte. VK is Russia’s equivalent of Facebook, a social network used for public and private messaging, audio and video sharing as well as online gaming. In January, SimpleWeb reported that VK was Russia’s fourth most-visited website, after Yandex, YouTube and Google’s Russian-language homepage. In 2016, Forbes’ Michael Solomon described Pavel Durov (pictured, below) as the “Mark Zuckerberg of Russia.”
