Полез в интернет и переводчики - выяснилось, что на узбекском это "Красивые девушки".
Смысл объявления стал понятен. Бордель, причём "для своих". Вот и на Ленинском, 85 видимо такой же "Чиройли кизлар" происходит. При молчаливом наблюдении или активном участии органов.
Что там за "Чиройли" - тоже важно разобраться. Своих привезли или там находятся в сексуальном рабстве русские?
