"Цель стратегии национальной обороны не состоит в том, чтобы сказать, кто должен выиграть войну, — приводит его слова Эстонское телевидение. — Я совершенно четко заявил, что Украина должна выиграть войну. Как определять победу, зависит только от Украины, а не от нас. Это не имеет никакого отношения к нашей стратегии национальной обороны".
