А во-вторых, они продолжают массово открываться. Вот это для меня реально новость, я отчего-то была уверена, что мода на эти заведения тихо заглохла. У меня двоякое отношение к таким местам. С одной стороны я их обожаю, потому что люблю пожрать, а там еда как правило вкусная, небанальная, выбор большой, ну вы поняли. С другой - мне неуютно там. Хождения с подносом через толпу, очень плотная рассадка и многолюдность у меня плохо коннектится с наслаждением классной кухней. Видимо, я в меньшинстве, раз формат процветает и всем норм. Впрочем, и правда же вкусно.
