В новом столичном отеле Radisson Blu Leninsky Prospect Hotel 🏦прошел торжественный ужин на котором удалось познакомиться с одним из главных виноделов нашей страны Алексеем Толстым . Без преувеличения, он просто ходячая энциклопедия в вопросе 🍷виноделия. Столько всего интересного прозвучало! Из какого винограда делают напитки и как происходит очистка вин ( спойлер: при помощи куриных яиц), и в каких бочках 🍷хранят.

В общем, теперь мы серьезно намерены поехать в “Усадьбу Маркотх» под Геленджиком владельцем которой является Алексей. И отрадно, что наши виноделы очень стараются.🤩

The original Telegram channel has expanded into a web of accounts for different locations, including specific pages made for individual Russian cities. There's also an English-language website, which states it is owned by the people who run the Telegram channels.
