Дело педиатра Надежды Буяновой, которую приговорили к 5,5 годам колонии по делу о «военных фейках», стало последним для судьи Ольги Фединой в Тушинском суде. 30 сентября она получила повышение и теперь будет работать в Мосгорсуде, следует из президентского указа от 30 сентября.
➡️ В юридической иерархии Мосгорсуд стоит выше, чем Тушинский, и обладает большим количеством полномочий. Зарплата у судей в Мосгорсуде примерно вдвое выше, чем в Тушинском.
