Карачаевский городской округ и Витебский район Республики Беларусь стали побратимами
Побратимские отношения были установлены в ходе посещения делегацией КГО Карачаево-Черкесии во главе с мэром Маратом Урусовым Витебского района Белоруссии.
🤝 Руководители муниципалитетов подписали Соглашение об установлении побратимских связей. Это будет способствовать развитию не только добрых отношений между народами, но и сотрудничеству между малым и средним бизнесом в сфере торговли, а также в таких отраслях, как образование, культура, спорт и туризм.
В формате ВКС при подписании Соглашения присутствовал первый заместитель Государственного комитета по имуществу Республики Беларусь Петр Бровкин.

In a statement, the regulator said the search and seizure operation was carried out against seven individuals and one corporate entity at multiple locations in Ahmedabad and Bhavnagar in Gujarat, Neemuch in Madhya Pradesh, Delhi, and Mumbai. In addition, Telegram now supports the use of third-party streaming tools like OBS Studio and XSplit to broadcast live video, allowing users to add overlays and multi-screen layouts for a more professional look. These entities are reportedly operating nine Telegram channels with more than five million subscribers to whom they were making recommendations on selected listed scrips. Such recommendations induced the investors to deal in the said scrips, thereby creating artificial volume and price rise. You may recall that, back when Facebook started changing WhatsApp’s terms of service, a number of news outlets reported on, and even recommended, switching to Telegram. Pavel Durov even said that users should delete WhatsApp “unless you are cool with all of your photos and messages becoming public one day.” But Telegram can’t be described as a more-secure version of WhatsApp. Given the pro-privacy stance of the platform, it’s taken as a given that it’ll be used for a number of reasons, not all of them good. And Telegram has been attached to a fair few scandals related to terrorism, sexual exploitation and crime. Back in 2015, Vox described Telegram as “ISIS’ app of choice,” saying that the platform’s real use is the ability to use channels to distribute material to large groups at once. Telegram has acted to remove public channels affiliated with terrorism, but Pavel Durov reiterated that he had no business snooping on private conversations.
