На Урале, в Северо-Западном и Центральном федеральном округах ожидается температура воздуха на 6-17 градусов ниже нормы. Об этом сказал научный руководитель Гидрометцентра России Роман Вильфанд.
По его словам, с 18 по 20 декабря температура пустится до минус 25 градусов в Архангельской области, что на 6-12 градусов ниже нормы. В Ненецком автономном округе будет еще холоднее - до минус 30, что на 8-12 градусов холоднее обычного.
В Мурманской области ожидается минус 28, а в Коми - минус 28-33.
