По этому факту фракция КПРФ направила обращение в Генеральную прокуратуру и Следственный комитет. Речь в обращении идёт о возможном превышении губернатором должностных полномочий.

Meanwhile, the company which owns Telegram is registered in the British Virgin Islands.
