По версии следствия, 17 ноября трое петербуржцев – Виктор Соловьев, Дмитрий Барбаров и Юрий Усков похитили подростка в Ломоносове и заставили его сесть в автомобиль. Мужчины требовали от мальчика 30 тысяч рублей. Тот смог выйти из машины под предлогом позвонить матери и сбежал. Мать мальчика обратилась в полицию.

At the start of 2018, the company attempted to launch an Initial Coin Offering (ICO) which would enable it to enable payments (and earn the cash that comes from doing so).
